I am a data analyst, working with Oracle database stuff and some older legacy style systems.  I really like my job, like my coworkers, but can barely function these days due to the lack of concentration and motivation that is part of my depression. I am so glad for the three day weekend we are having here in the US. — cthread. cthread_fork(). Fork, thread, fork!

This is what *I* do. I read a couple of hours a day. I ride my bike every morning. I spend a couple of hours on the computer I write in my journal I kayak I plan trips so I can kayak some more I cook when it is my week and when I don’t want to cook. I pay the bill when we go out. Stretch and I meditate {not at the same time} I walk but I don’t run. I write poetry I watch Ballykissangel and Coronation Street but I don’t like to talk about this aberation. I want to swim regularly, learn Tai Chi if I can get myself up for 6 am classes, and get myself into a writing class. I want to sleep through a whole night without waking but if I do, my reading or my computer time will suffer. I want to go back to England early next year and take Fred. Spend way too much time on ASD.

yup (me, that is) In between posts, write web pages and do graphics for our clients.   If there is no work to do, I obsessively clean things or go bike riding.

bike riding… drooooooool…. I do not have OCD. Cleaning is my PTSD-driven habit, a useless pursuit of predictable order all the time.  If I’m crashed, nothing gets cleaned. no my house isn’t clean, it’s always a mess… too small, too much stuff.  that’s why we’re moving    c     h     i     m     e      r     a            ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ *                      remove the rudeness in the address when replying by email.  i am sick of spam.    i’ll finish this site one of these days – http://welcome.to/chimera61
