hughie bows to those present… on reading many of the posts here, my eyes fill with tears, i send loving thoughts and healing images to the shared pain of this wonderful life that hurts us so deeply "nothing matters and everything must go yet love is having the heart touched in the valleys of suffering" BTW – has anyone here read "Waking the Tiger" by Peter A Levine? It’s the best thing i’ve read on ptsd.

Found it to be a good discussion about the fight/flight part of PTSD. Have you tried "I Can’t Get Over It" by Aphrodite Matsakis? GREAT book to help, especially if newly diagnosed or if you’re an old timer ready to face what’s going on-IME Kristine
