Hi Mike, Sorry you are in pain, I found tegretol very helpful for PTSS. ( more so than anti-depressants) You might consider going up to a higher dose. I feel mch worse when I forget to stick to my med regime. Are you having panic attacks when you venture outside? This can be very treatable with counseling and meds. Please forgive me if I sound like a know it all. I worked in a phobia clinic for10 years. God bless you and send you peace, Eva

I take 1200 mg of tegretol (available generic as carbamazepine….) and antidepressants for PTSD zog
