Thanks for sticking up for me

Question:

BTW, the Nigel Brooks header is faked, tells you something doesn’t it. Larry L.

Response:

Hi Nigel! > I don’t have PTSD, have never committed a war crime, and > did’nt do a damn thing over there that I wouldn’t do today in the same > circumstances.

Well, then, if you don’t have PTSD, you will not be surprised that those of us who have been diagnosed with PTSD have a slightly different ‘take’ on situations we might have in common. > The last US Military combat troops were out of there in when – 1973? Thats > 28 damn years ago. Get over it!

I ETS’s in 1969 and haven’t gotten over it yet!  Not that I wish I couldn’t get over it, I have tried and tried … I had to learn to stop trying ot ‘get over it’ before I could start to find some peace. It’s OK that you don’t know ‘get over it’ is one of the major triggers for those with PTSD disabilities.  ’Get over it’ in the PTSD context is one of the most abusive comments anyone can make!  I guess that you had no idea you were being nasty and flaming when you typed those 3 words, but … I accept your statement that you don’t have PTSD.  Please don’t post here again until you understand the terrain a little better. Smile and there will be something to smile about! Nancy

Response:

Hi !Jones! > You live with my quirks and I’ll live with yours… fair enough?

Hallelujah!  Thank you for a voice of relative sanity.  This sounds like a good plan to me.  Raging in cyberspace always has seemed like a waste of good electrons to me. :/ YMMV Smile and there will be something to smile about! Nancy

Stalking, on an alt group.  If you weren’t so pathetic you would be funny.  People are getting busted for anthrax threats and shit, they been to your door yet pig fucker?   I agree with some of the other comments about you.  You are the original poster of one of the most pathetic posts ever made on usenet from a U.S. citizen when thousand of people have died in an act of terrorism.  There are not enough support groups anywhere for you to pull this shit any longer.  People now know exactly what kind of scumbag piece of shit you really are.  You bravado shit about comming to vacaville is just that.  You are a fake through and through. i’ll post here any time I wish, and I’ll be damned if I will tiptoe around because of some so called "trigger". To be very honest with you I am sick and fucking tired of listening to people who continually whine about the cards they were dealt.  Stress and dealing with problems are part of being a member of the human race. Deal with it.  Nearly 2 million people served in Vietnam and the majority have put it behind them.  Police and Firemen deal with situations on a daily basis that require them to deal with abominable situations.  The rescuers at World Trade are dealing with situations that boggle the mind.  Or is WT a trigger too? – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text -> Smile and there will be something to smile about! > Nancy

It doesn’t tell me a damn thing.  That is not a faked header and this is not a faked response either.  I think you are seeing things that are not there Nigel Brooks

Sure does. It tells everyone that you are a manipulative person trying your best to wiggle out from under something you did by tossing red herrings in the path. Nigel is a real person. He is more real than you are as a matter of fact. He doesn’t lie and  try for misdirection to divert attention from the message like you do. — Don Thompson Another Thompson Scion

Response:

What a pathetic little man you are Lusk. You fire off the first salvo and then run away trying your best to hide your real self from the scrutiny you deserve. Your lies and slime tracks are catching up to you and if you think a complaint to an ISP about a post to an ALT group will do anything other than take up their time for nothing you are more of a loser than we know you to be anyway. You ought to start wondering when Nigel’s former associates might knock on your door to question you about your Anthrax comment that started this mess in the first place. You do know who Nigel used to work for until he retired this year don’t you? — Don Thompson Another Thompson Scion "Lawrence Lusk" <lelvn…@charter.net> wrote in message

Again, what can I say to make you understand: You have entered into a ng for support, and you’re not giving it. Instead, you’re giving us all this BS about what you’ve been through, and it’s worse than anyone else’s. I’m sure it is: Now go elsewhere. In this post, the Vietnam War is still going on. Somebody -and it doesn’t seem to be Larry- is still there. I’m sorry for you. What you say about "ladies" -somehow I don’t feel you like our sex- only goes to show that you think we’re gullible. Only, you see, to us, that war is ended -but our own still rages on. "The depth in ourselves is the depth also in others" (my translation), said the Swedish poet Gunnar Ekel
