Hi embies, i think you got nothing to be sorry for. being scared is sad for you and i am sorry you are scared, but you no need to be sorry for posting about it. all posts like that are ok! we too have lots of heavy snow that is falling alla time and scares us a bit, too. This ‘us’ is me and my husband 
not just mes. but neither of us has really bad PTSD, so we don’t scream, but i jump and he says "what was that!!?" and sometimes he walks around looking for some trouble and then decides it was only the snow. sometimes i get scared of the wind noise, too. specially when the bushes tap on the windows 
helps to cut back bush branches… but when i am alone in the house it is much worse, i get really scared from all noises. is good to have many cats, cause can always tell myself a cat made that noise ditto old house – they make noises anyway. maybe you need a noisy bunny so you are not dumb for being scared (unless i am dumb too, and although i think i am a wimp i don’t think you are, and don’t think either of us is dumb. hmmmmmm….) so maybe the angrys can just be angry at the mean people who make you scared of stuff, huh, and not angry at you for being scared? glad you posted about this!
