RAGE

Question:

MY BLOOD IS BOILING!

Response:

Hi again to those that responded to my post, I’ve had a rough couple of days and didn’t reply well to you…been having wicked mood swings… bouncing between rage and intense emotional pain etc. It can get so overwhelming… trying my best to cope as always. I have been focusing on humorous posts to help bring me up. I am feeling better today… hope I can maitain it. Has anyone, not just those that responded to the rage, but anyone seen the movie "Not without my daughter" starring Sall Field?… If you have you will know basically the cause of my PTSD… of course there is more but I escaped from Portugal with my daughter eight years ago and wasn’t diagnosed and started recovery until months ago. Intense attacks of rage is just one symptom of MANY and I am trying my best to cope with so much. Thanks for reading and any feedback is much appreciated, Patricia. It is consuming me!!! Does anyone have any advice how to control or ease RAGE??? Patricia. Total Internet privacy — get your Freedom pseudonym at http://www.freedom.net

Does anyone have any advice how to control or ease RAGE??? Patricia. I remember this very well. Great upsurges of rage for what appeared to be little or no reason. Mine where perhaps caused by and most certainly exacerbated by living in a situation where I was abused. What I used to do was write in my journal and run away from the rage. Physical activity helped a lot. Patricia Who knows what women can be when they are finally free to be themselves? Punch pillows. If you wont disturb anyone, scream the  F word and other obscenities. Listen to loud music and dance. Take a shower. Draw your anger on paper. Mary. "And it comes to be that the soothing light at the end of your tunnel,   Is just a freight train coming your way"   ~ Metallica
