What a wonderful idea! I also have troubles reading, so I’ve used audio stuff. I very much like Deepak Chopra’s tape/cd "Journey into Healing; Awakening the Wisdom Within You" as a beginning introduction to meditation and recovery. Smile and there will be something to smile about! Nancy

I’ve seen so many people ask for the names of books about PTSD and some of you list them that I think I should list them in the FAQ. I don’t give them a second thought because reading a book is generally out of the question for me(reading some of these posts are out of the question but it occured to me that a list of books might compliment the links greatly.
