If this were an engineering ng, _maybe_ caps wouldn’t be such a big deal. However, this is a ng for folks with psychic pain.  Courtesy might be very important! When I was first using computers, we programmed on cards using FORTRAN.  We also were using wire boards on card sorters.  And, the internet was for the military and military-oriented researchers (including universities); messages were called TWIX and were in all caps. The computer age has moved on. If I were still caught in that time warp and refusing to change my thoughts, then I would know that I was raging in general or that I had PTSD _associated with computers from the days of all caps_.  Well, my PTSD is from those days, but it is not from traumas with those computers. So, when I am typing now in all caps, I am sharing my rages. YMMV Smile and there will be something to smile about! Nancy

BM > As I have said I don’t know how to do this since in three years I’ve never > been a group that has asked this of me.

All newsgroups and mailing lists are different. This one and a number of others require you to write the x-no-archive: yes line at the top of your message for it not to be archived, while different mailing lists and such do not have an archive attached to them. So in every case it is different. What you can do is copy my x-no-archive: yes line and paste it so that it goes from being part of the original quoted text to being the first line of your reply above and beyond everything else, if you are able to do this it would mean a lot to me. Once you get the hang of these things you’ll be up and running. > One person suggested just making peoples e-mails un-trackable, have I done > this right ?

Don’t know. Easiest thing would be to do what I said. > I got a lot of Plonks and personal shit remember, I think too many are > deeply offended by so little it’s madness.

I’m not one of them, I’m just saying it how I see it. I just thought it wasn’t the way to go right then, and I DO respect and realise that you have a lot of your own personal hassles to deal with. Go right on and share at anytime if you wish. That is what we are here for. Sally xxxxx
