Hello Little People: I have been drummed off of alt.support.trauma-ptsd from one of the members who has assumed at least ten seperate personalites, so thought I would some of you my advice here. I am still happy to help all of you down-trodden depressed people, but remember my motte: Meditate….Not Medicate. Each and every one of you needs to exercise and meditate more. There is really no need for medication, take it from me. I have read many, many books on the subject written by experts, so this is my belief just like the authors of the books I have read. Many have had problems with my beliefs on rape. The thing is, you ladies need to stay away from illegal drugs. If you use illegal drugs and end up getting raped, it is your own fault. You should not have put yourselves into those positions. The same with alcohol. If you get drunk and then raped, you asked for it. Stay away from alcohol and drugs because they can lead to rape. The police will not take you seriously when this happens. They will say that you asked for it. Okay, little people, I will welcome any comments on my thoughts.
