If your looking for a chat that centers on general mental health support try WBS. They have a room called psych central. Once a week a doc (John Grohol) comes in and offers general suggestions to people with mental health questions. All other times are open chat (rooms open 24-7). Its on the www at http://www.wbs.net membership is free, no software to download, and its very easy to use (I can tesitfy to that. I was able to use it at a time in my life when I couldnt figure out how to tie my shoes!!!) Its not PTSD specific tho, so if your looking for PTSD specific chat, I’m not sure where to send you. Stay safe M~ Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/ Share what you know. Learn what you don’t.

If you’re on AOL – try: Keyword: Depression Leads to all kinds of links, including a couple of chatrooms. Problem is, I find depression chatrooms WAYYYY too depressing. I’m always sorry I went in because I come out of ‘em feeling worse than when I went in. Best, Luanne
