Just wanted to let you know that I will be leaving this news group. It has helped me tremendously in the past, and I can’t thank you all enough for that. I still have my HA’s, but am going to start going to a PTSD support group, which should also help me. Those who know what PTSD is will understand how important it is for me to do this now. I am still a member of dejanews, so you can e-mail me there if you would like to. I wish you all success in decreasing the severity and frequency of your HA’s, and a happy and peaceful 1999.
