It only gets stranger

I can figure out how to see this as a PTSD symptom. :/  Actually, been there, done that. When my head is in chaos I seem to create physical chaos too.  My house goes untended.  Everything that I need gets misplaced: keys, wallet, shoes, etc. And, then, my computer gets its own problems … seems to me to be ‘out of the blue’, but I think that I remember every time I’ve had to reload Windows I have been in chaos elsewhere in my life. YMMV Be glad that you can laugh at this symptom.  I’m not there yet. :/ Smile and there will be something to smile about! Nancy

A short time ago I made some upgrades to my computer. CD R/W drive and a new video card. Been having some stability problems (my computer, not me… well I guess that’s a matter of opinion). Decided after doing some research that my computer power supply was not up to the new additions. So I went out and got a 300W power supply. Figured what the hell, I’ve managed to put everything I’ve added in correctly so far, why pay to have someone else do it. Well, to make a strange story short, I got the power supply connected to all the right places and yes, my computer now seems to run just fine with the programs I had been having trouble with. The only problem is that the power supply is too big to fit in the frigging tower! It now sits on top of the computer (cover off) and seems quite happy there. I’m going to have to think about this one for awhile. If anyone can find a way for me to blame this on PTSD please let me know. In the mean time I will continue to shake my head then burst out laughing every time I look to my right at what was once a fairly attractive looking computer. Larry L.
