I understand how you are feeling. But if you need major help, this isn’t really the place for it. Those of us who are here, and I’m a newbie myself, CANNOT substitute for a therapist. If you need major help, you need a professional. And while I’m at it, kidding around is a great way to relax and feel better. But you need to find a professional to give you that major help, because we are all just trying to survive too and can’t take on the problems of others at this time of our lives.
