I really feel for you. Employers should be held accountable for not taking action against, assaults, treats, intimidation on the work place. I had to go through harrassement and intimidation on the job many times, usually I ended up in trouble with the supervisors if I complain to them and eventually I loose the job if my complain got to management. I suggest you get as much information on worker compensation, as you can, ask people around around you who might applied for it’s before, so can learn more about the lenght of the waiting period before you start recieving your benefits, the appeal process, etc… There is always welfare and disability benefits that you can count on.
