Hi Alexia, After I let my tea steep and add the sugar, I finish off the pitcher with cold water from the fridge. That way I can have a nice cool swallow before putting the pitcher away in the fridge. I don’t use ice…don’t want to dilute the brew. Welcome back, Keith
