Just wanted to let you people know what’s been going on in the past from this latest stalker that has been showing up here. Here are two URL’s. The first one is to an entry on a web page guest book that the webmaster deleted but left a message for ‘me’ as the stalker had impersonated me and used my name and email address. Please note that the IP address was logged. LOL! Let’s talk about stalkers. Let’s talk about Peter Lucas, who made a fraudulent complaint along these lines to the Queensland Police, and then the Australian Federal Police. They investigated his claims and did nothing. You know what sort of evidence he provided? The same sort of rubbish as in the links above. He turned up to court while I was interstate and told a lot of lies about me. I’ve got the transcripts, and if he ever tries to reopen the matter, he’ll be opposed and exposed. Magistrates don’t like people swearing to tell the truth and then lying to them. When I *was* present to oppose his next little trick, it took about a minute for his case to be thrown out. He was advised to find a competent lawyer before he wasted anyone else’s time. Those are the facts. Here’s another fact. Peter Lucas was kicked off his last ISP for making threatening, harassing, abusive, offensive posts. That’s why he’s changed his email address. If Peter Lucas wants to talk about stalking, the evidence is available for all to see. The first step on the road to recovery is honesty. Lucas needs to face up to his problems. The days of running away are over.

Hello group I don’t suffer from PTSD thankfully, why am I here then? I am sick of people from ozdebate, particularly Peter who has taking a liking to turning your site into part of his ongoing vendetta against Lucas across the internet. Based on the facts I have seen on usenet and without correspondence from either person I know the following.. Lucas can be a goose at times, on this site he seems positive and that in itself is a good thing. Peter on the other hand seems to want to provoke Lucas at every opportunity regardless of which forum he posts in. The remainder of my comments are interspersed below.. Peter has never refuted the fact that Lucas appeared twice in court and was awarded AVO’s on both occasions. Despite Peter’s vexasious claims he has refuses to discuss the matter with me on usenet and prefers to accuse people who defend Lucas in this respect as trolls. As I understand the law if Lucas had made fraudulant claims to various state and federal polive departments he was liable to be charged, Peter has never been prosocuted for these crimes in so far as I am aware. > He turned up to court while I was interstate and told a lot of lies > about me.
Peter has claimed on usenet (use google per his suggestion) that he was at the start of his vacation and didn’t want to cancell bookings he had in place. He has also stated that it was a driving holiday of some 1000 plus kilometres so one must question the bookings he claimed were in place. He has claimed that part of the trip was to carry out repairs to his mother’s house but did not stay at the family home. This in fact was a claim for costs (based on Peter’s posts) that Lucas acting for himself tried to launch after the 2 prior cases had been heard and the findings upheld in his favour. The apparent victory on Peter’s behalf was a matter of law relating to the rewarding of costs and in no way associated with any evidence from the hearings in question. > Those are the facts.
Well if you chose to accept what I have written they are not really the facts at all. The facts I have gained are from Peter’s quotes written I assume of his own accord: Peter was jailed for trying to sell Federal secrets to the opposition party in our country. He has made various claims for his actions ranging from a political agenda to proving to his bosses that there wer sercurity leaks, to does it really matter anyway. As I recall he claims he asked the polition he sent the countries secrets to for some level of payment to cover his costs. > Here’s another fact. Said the criminal to the mirror! So sorry to break up your site even more folks but I hate lies and bullshit so thought I would post. Finally, Lucas don’t even start to think this makes us mates.
