I’m interested if anyone has any direct experiences with EMRD. Mainly I’m interested in any contraindications. Are there specific traits or types of trauma that don’t respond well to EMDR (or even worse, result in increasing the severity of the PTSD after EMDR)? Has anyone experienced negative effects from EMDR used in therapy? Thanks, michael

I tried it. It didn’t hurt me. It didn’t help me.
