BTW  KAT I am doing lots of gigs actually. We have put a band together as well for certain gigs.It has been fun.Today the duo is playing for Mothers Day on the deck of our local RSL club.We will be playing all the smalzey love songs  for the mothers…the sun is out and it is a beautiful Autumn day. Helski

Response:

Helski, I can close my eyes and imagine being there.   You’re in Australia, right? Can I be nosey?  Did you mean an "autumn feeling" type of day, or are you all actually in your autumn season right now?  Dumb question, I know, but wondering if your seasons are timed differently than ours? That’s neat that you’re busy with your singing.  Not surprising at all though, cause you sound great, you and your friend.  You can be our director of music/live entertainment at Nutville/Harmony.  : ) Have fun today at the RSL club!!!! Oh, and Happy Mother’s day to all you "moms" out there.  : )  Yas doing okay? kat "helski" <hel…@idl.net.au> wrote in message

Kat, >Dumb question, I know, but >wondering if your seasons are timed differently than ours?

It’s not a dumb question. It’s a geography/science question. The southern hemisphere seasons are opposite the northern hemisphere. When we’re tilted closest to the sun, we have spring and summer; the southern hemisphere has fall and winter. When the earth tilts on it’s axis and the southern hemisphere is closest to the sun, they have spring and summer; the northern hemisphere has fall and winter. People who live near the equator don’t experience much difference in temperature year-round. Risa You can’t save your face and your ass at the same time. alt.support.trauma-ptsd FAQ is at: http://www.astpfaq.bravepages.com/index

Well, I got to talk with an old friend today, one that I’ve been friends with since I was 14.  It did my heart good.  That’s my good news for the day.  Got to tell her what she meant to me, that I loved her, that she made a huge difference in my life, and thanks, for everything she’s done for me over the years.  Sometimes just being able to get out how you feel about someone is a major accomplishment–at least it is for me anyways.  : ) I feel good today, for the first time in probably 6-7 days. kat

There’s nothing like a good friend, is there. I’m really glad to hear you’re having a good day. Sometimes it seems like days like these are a long time coming – and gosh, they’re hard-earned, too. Take care, Hannah

Response:

Thanks Hannah.  : )  Yeah, sometimes it seems like those good days are never going to come, so that made today even more sweet. You doing okay? kat "Hannah" <blha…@hotmail.com> wrote in message
