Question:
Hiya guys, I cant go to sleep tonight, i have to stay awake to bottle feed some newborn orphaned baby kitties, so i thought i’d pass some time by making a list of some "comman" (because some are hard to find) Essential oils and what they are helpful for when used. I will only list they conditions of the nervous system that each EO helps with. But they all do much more, like with skincare, circulation, respiratory and digestive sytems etc. If i listed em all i’d be here for a week. But if you want to know more about a certain oil and what it helps with(certain complaint, symptom condition etc), just let me know and i’d be happy to post them for you. Now to the Essential Oils…yeahhhhh For Depression: Basil, Sweet, Benzoin, Bergamot, Chamomile-German or Roman, Clary Sage, Frankinsence, Geranium, Grapefruit, Jasmine, Lavender, Lemongrass, Lime, Mandarin, Majoram-sweet, neroli, Orange-sweet, Pathcouli, Petitgrain, Rose, Rosemary, Ylang Ylang and Tangerine. For Aggression: Begamot, Cedarwood-Atlas, Cypress, Lavender, Majoram-sweet, neroli, Palmaross, Vetiver, Ylang Ylang For Anxiety: Basil-Sweet, Benzoin, Clary Sage, Frankincense, Geranium, Jasmine, Juniper, Lavender, Lemon, Lime, Mandarin, Majoram-sweet, Neroli, Orange-Sweet, Palmarosa, Patchouli and Ylang Ylang For Grief: Bergamot, Hyssop, Rosemary For Confidence: Bergamot For Concentration: Basil-sweet, Bergamot, Cardamom, Grapefruit, Hyssop, Lavender, Lemongrass, Lime, Myrrh, Neroli, Patchouli, Peppermint, Rosemary Encouraging: Basil-Sweet, Bergamot Energizing: Basil-sweet, Bay, Camphor-white, Cinnamon, Clove, Coriander, Ginger, Grapefruit, Juniper, Lime, Nutmeg, Sage, Spearmint, Tea Tree, Thyme-red, Violet. Exhaustion: Basil-sweet, Benzoin, Coriander, Frankincense, Ginger, Grapefruit, Juniper, Lavender, Lemon, Lemongrass, Lime, Majoram-sweet, Neroli, Palmarosa, Patchouli, Peppermint, Pine, Sandalwood, Vetiver. Fear: Cedarwood-Atlas, Clary Sage Harmonizing: Cedarwood-Atlas Insomnia: Basil-sweet, Benzoin, Bergamot, Chamomile-Roman, Clary Sage, Lavender, Lemon, Mandarin, Majoram-sweet, Neroli, Nutmeg, Palmarosa, Petitgrain, Rose, Sandalwood, Tangerine, Vetiver Invigorating: Basil-sweet, Cinnamon, Clove, Eucalyptus, Fennel-Sweet, Ginger, Grapefruit, Juniper, Lemongrass, Lime, Orange-sweet, Peppermint, Petitgrain, Rosemary, Wintergreen Moodiness: Basil-sweet, Bergamot Nervous Tension: Benzoin, Bergamot, Camphor-White, Cedarwood-Atlas, Clary Sage, Cypress, Frankincense, Geranium, Hyssop, Jasmine, Lavender, Neroli, Rose and Rosemary. Heart Palpatations: Lavender Writers cramp, or in my case typers cramp : Cypress, Geranium, Hyssop Whewwwwww!!! Well gang there ya go, some of the most comman symptoms of PTSD and the Essential Oils that can bring you some relief. As you will notice there are alot of the same oils listed under different headings, which means less bottles of Oils to buy. Hope you guys enjoy the list…my hands hurt now, but well worth it if it helps someone else

a Few more things i forgot to add before sending previous post is the following. Not all essential oils are compatable, they dont blend well together. So you need to know what oils are compatable with other oils. You get a better theraputic effect when you combine 3 compatable essential oils that are all 3 known to aid in the SAME ailment ie: depression. Using 1 oil might work (for some but not all) but 3 oils will give you the best theraputic benefits you can get. Also, i have ALOT of recipes for such things as bath salts, milk baths, shower gels etc, all using essential oils of YOUR choice, if anyone is interested. All have been tried by me personally
) I have NO website and sell NOTHING, this for me is a fun hobby with theraputic mental health benefits that i cannot live without. I just pass along information to those that are interested
) OK, now my hands REALLY hurt, time to go soak them. Sherry

and ONE more thing… the previous list of essential oils came from a Aromatherapy computer program i have, so no i didnt just make em all up. And……I cross referenced that list to a few books that i have…so the list is pretty solid.
