Question:
This is a formal response to three newsgroup postings made by Luanne Marie Pruesner on the 20th and 21st of December, 1998. (Please see the original text of the newsgroup postings attached below as Article I, II, and III.) Once again, it is necessary for us to defend ourselves against Ms. Pruesner’s false and defamatory allegations and statements: 1) "…seems that some asshole (I know who she is) is carrying all of my posts from here to another newsgroup." (Article I) And: "This person is another searcher named Denise Gray…" (Article II) Denise Gray is not and has never been a member of A.A.C.K. In fact, we have never even corresponded with Ms. Gray. We did send email to the Snoop Sisters (of which Ms. Gray is a member), but did not receive a reply. Also, only one of Ms. Pruesner’s posts from alt.support.trauma-ptsd has ever been re-posted. Her "Get a Load of This!!" was re-posted to alt.adoption and alt.adoption.searching. (Please see Article I). Clearly we re-posted this after she made her false claim. 2) "She has also put up websites with my private family photos (from my website) to spite me and my family." (Article I) A.A.C.K. did _not_ put private family photos on our web site. Our parody page _pointed_ to a picture that already existed on Ms. Pruesner’s own web site. (Please see the original HTML code attached as Article IV.) As we have stated in the past, A.A.C.K. does not engage in any sort of illegal activity, including copyright infringement. Also, our web page was _not_ in spite of Ms. Pruesner’s family. It was a parody web page that poked fun of Ms. Pruesner only. We will email the web page (including the images) to anyone who requests it. We invite you to see for yourself that our page was harmless parody. 3) "…I am being stalked by this person on various newsgroups." This statement is a blatant lie. A.A.C.K. does not stalk, nor have we ever "stalked" anyone. We admit that we seek out and expose Ms. Pruesner’s forgeries and sock puppets (fictitious characters that Ms. Pruesner invents, usually to defame and/or harass someone). We also admit to defending ourselves against Ms. Pruesner’s false and defamatory allegations (regardless of what newsgroup she posts them in). A.A.C.K. does _not_ stalk or harass people…period. A.A.C.K. would like nothing more than to leave this newsgroup (alt.support.trauma-ptsd) and never post here again. However, we will not sit on our hands while Ms. Pruesner makes false and defamatory allegations against us. A.A.C.K. would also like to remind the good folks of alt.support.trauma-ptsd that Ms. Pruesner is the one who posted here in regards to her issues with A.A.C.K…not the other way around. What saddens me even more is that she is somebody that I worked with, until she ripped me off for $3500 and I cut ties with her.
