Question:
When I suggested screaming and/or shouting I meant it as a RELEASE.
<Snip Rob says: Yep..!! Completely agree with you Jay. I’ve always found screaming helpful and boy… does it feel gooood! I’ve found the best place is in the car.
<snip Vee and Rob, I don’t get into screaming. But getting mad really helps me. My favorite targets are other drivers that do dumb things. If I’m feeling like I’m about to go off the edge, all it takes is for someone to do something that I can gnash my teeth at, while screeching every profanity in the English language. That done, I feel SO much better. This is really the same thing that you are saying, but for me it’s got to be directed. Otherwise, I’d feel even more loony toons than I already feel most of the time. Grateful for terrible drivers, Anita

When I suggested screaming and/or shouting I meant it as a RELEASE. <Snip Hi all haven’t been in the mood for posting lately, but I do want to tell you that after I read this thread, I was out to lunch w/ a friend, and we were talking and laughing, and all of a sudden I let out the loudest scream I ever have. It felt wonderful. I felt so much better the rest of the day (I was extremely on edge before lunch). I think I’m going to try this more often! Peace and Love .. Michelle
