OK, I really gotta step in here and ask what all the vitriol is about. Yes the guy peddles some books that he says may help guys obtain custody in their divorces and some people, who admit to not having read them, say that the books are useless and that the guy shouldn’t be useing this forum to advertise them. My take on this is that it is a public forum, not a private list so that basically anyone should be allowed to say anything that is on topic. There was some talk about why didn’t he print the original document in stead of changing the names, so I spoke to a lawyer I know who said that while they are ‘public documents’ a lawyer involved in the case could be sued for publishing them, and this included posting the full details on the internet. Private person involved in the case, say CJ, publishing the details of thier own case would probably not face the same problems. Now, all this being said, why not just ignore the guy? Near as I can see he’s not doing any harm, and, by saying that other men have done it before, he could actually give some guy the incentive to go after getting his own kids. I do not post the case names on the documents because of privacy concerns. Actually the women would probably sue me if I posted affidavits detailing their conduct:) Every document is from an actual case I LITIGATED .Years of experience has shown that the facts in most the cases are very similar, ie an ex who thinks she has superior rights, who interferes with visitation and phone contacts,who tries to cut the father out of the child’s life. Actually the facts don’t change much, only the peoples names. If you look at them as a whole you would see a pattern emerging that allows a father to turn those actions back against the ex and win custody. NO CASE in unwinnable if you use the right strategy. It may take a while to get your ducks in a row and to start positioning yourself for a win, especially if you already litigated and didn’t handle it properly. In situations of visitation interference,I tell fathers it is a win win case. Either she will stop interfering with the relationship between you and your kids( a win) or you will ( win )custody. This is always true if you handle your case right! Why dont you order my new publication which includes four books plus extensive newly published(but tried and proven effective) litigation tactics (called tricks of the trade) . I don’t think asking you to post specific cases, where these dad’s can go look at them, so as to make all these posts you put up here even MORE useful, is some sort of attempt by ANYONE HERE to derail the Fathers here looking for help in getting a more equitable custody arrangement. Make note of the fact the most of these requests were posted by dads, not as you claim in the response to re:modifying custody, a bunch of feminists trying to deprive custody. I think if you really wanted to get information into the hands of the Dads who needed it, you’d be willing to supply the specific cases. If you don’t, then it all looks like spam. Just your way of getting your website a few hits. So which will it be? It is completely up to you. I vote for more information, so the Dads and the KIDS win. Like I shared with the group the other day, my nearly 13 y/o believes SHE has custody of her dad half the week, not the other way around. Well, I’m not feeling that vehement about it, but you make a reasonable case. The stuff that RI posts is not of any real use to anyone, in its present forms, wheras cites with full case numbers *and* urls or the specific law books where they can be found in *detail* would be possibly useful to someone.
