Question:
nothing physically wrong with them. And psychologically there is just one thing, intense PTSD, so intense that the real world, the regular world, just has too many triggers. Other than that they are fine. so I learned what those guys are like. Survivors of childhood sexual abuse have the same symptoms. These are special cases in human experience. The combat veterans learned they could no longer trust their senses or the world. Same thing happens to little children who are sexually abused
it is worse even than that. this survivor of childhood sexual abuse has learned that he cannot trust his own instincts, his own thoughts, his own body. at times there is almost nothing and almost no one that i can trust except this one young boy in here who sits alone out far away, where he doesn’t have to wonder if anyone wants anything from him because no one else makes it out here. if he tries to set out for home his own hounds turn on him. border patrol shoots whomever tries to pass. doesn’t matter whose side they are on. And in survivors of FAMILIAL sexual abuse, this darkness goes one step deeper, because the grossest violations have been perpetrated upon them by the ones closest to them … the ones they placed the greatest amount of their trust in.
