Hello, all. I’m new in the neighborhood and was wondering what the rules are around here. A bit of background: Hi I’m Mark been here for about 8 months or so now. Its kind of like life in here a bit. Sometime very nice sometimes wars erupt out of nowhere. There don’t seem to be any rules.
