lol.. if you became a special effects artist for movies you’d probably have a great source of inspiration :) So stress and weariness are my triggers > to visual hallucinations. > —Juniper
ah.. yeah, i think… perhaps… sometimes when i am at a certain point of stress i will.. well i think i remember once totally psychoing out and crying and on my bedroom floor, and i was staring above my tv set at this black myst stuff hovering over it. and later on i found out there was a knife behind it.. but maybe i was somewhat aware of it, donno. but i remember before that i was holding a knife, different i think, and threw it away but i was staring at it in hysterical laughter. but i am stressed pretty much always to a degree.. anxious/exhausted.. though there have been times when i feel on the verge of "slipping out" or something.. like my inner voices or whatever will become outer.. and i’m totally stressed at that point trying to keep everything inside me what’s weird though is how peaceful it’s been during the actual hallucinating…. a certain stillness inside i think. it isn’t a problem, but i don’t hear voices, and i don’t see bad shit really, and i don’t want to and sometimes i am scared of it! but when i actually experience whatever i don’t feel frightened or think much of it… more just an awareness, and being scared or thinking much of it destroys it anyway… well it has seemed so far – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text -> "mahja-urana @yahoo.com>" <"snafuper<erase> wrote in message > news:3BBAB962.6C255E7B@yahoo.com… > > i haven’t hallucinated in a while… > > when i do alot of the time i am sorta weary.. tired.. > > last thing i recall seeing is when i was lying on the loungeroom chair > staring > > at this giant goldfish, about a foot or less above the floor, swimming > around in > > circles in the air… takes me a bit to "snap out" of it, and start > wondering > > about it’s oddness.. when it disappears i guess.. > > sorta like Alice when she first saw the White Rabbit.. later on she > wondered > > later on why she didn’t wonder about the White Rabbit talking to itself > being > > odd.. and it seemed so ordinary to her at the time > > Juniper wrote: > > > She would have to check with her pdoc. I always assume that when i "see things" that they "are" there. I am awair of the fact that the average person can not see them, so I’m not confused about whether others can see them or not, so in that sense i could say I see things which are "not there", even though I believe they are. Such seeing can however become intolerable (even though i believe it is valid seeing). So for that reason I take meds so I will not see them, I just cant bear it anymore. I am happier not "seeing things" at least for now. SP
