Or the PTSD start at such a young age that the person most likely doesn’t know that something is wrong. You cannot recollect how it was before the traumatic events. People with PTSD can be helped by medications and carefully targeted psychotherapy.

*Carefully* is the word ! There are therapies out there that scare the sh*t out of you. I have had some very weird experiences with ‘new age’ therapies You know when you don’t know what is wrong with you the most important thing is to get a proper diagnose. An was my first therapist who wnated to make a diagnose first before starting any treatment. There are full blown idiots out there who will call themselves ‘therapists’ .
