Good Morning, Little People: I do so enjoy conversing and sharing ideas with you down-trodden depressed victims. I am so happy that my ideas have helped so many people on Usenet. I am guilty of making fun of rape victims, but let’s face it: you ladies put yourself in the wrong place at the wrong time. If you stayed home where you belong and didn’t wear enticing garments, you would not be attacked. Once again Little People, please remember: _Meditate….Not Medicate_. Thanks for your post. I’ve read this group for about a week now, ever since I realized that I may be headed into a low ebb again and I was wondering if I was missing something here. This NG is very descriptive of the symptoms surrounding the destruction of the joy of life caused by PTSD but it appears to this FNG that the major form of support is venting anger (which is better than stuffing it). Just reading the threads has helped me return to a more aggressive coping mode. I have been functioning fairly well for several years now (well enough to hide my disease) and really don’t want to go back into VA care. I was wondering if you could be more descriptive about the relaxation tape your wrote about. Do you have trouble sleeping and does the relaxation tape help?
