Anxiety-disorders mailing list and Chat Room

Question:

I have created a place for people with anxiety disorders and all the wonderful things that come with it (like, depression, medications and lack of sleep or too much sleep). I have panic attacks/depression and sometimes OCD.  It’s spooky how they are interlinked.  To visit my site/ and or to chat go to: http://www.geocities.com/HotSprings/4870

A good starting point would be the group’s FAQ (which I’m forwarding), then reading the general discussions here, that helps too. The best thing, IMO, is to get treatment – are you? — Gary Cooper
