Yep.  Why naps are important for recharging. Direction of our thinking has a lot to do with it in what hangs on the mind day in and day out that wears on us, people can say or do things that will have us foaming at the mouth for days and that can wear us down as much as physical labor and even more since we do not sleep as well with a busy brain that stays active even while we try to sleep and end up with weird nightmares and stuff so bizzare that we wake up all freaked out and out of gas (except for methane) little different than Post Traumatic Stress Disorder that operates the same way, easy to get stressed out and stressed out people are tired all the time. it causes both for me. i get fatigued from being spaced out all the time.
