Question:
and 13 ml methadone.
I am unsure as to the dilution factor used in your country but the most recent studies on methadone show that most people using it are undermedicated-40-100mg a day is what is currently recommended which in some instances is twice or more of that which is used in clinics-he may be suffering some intermitant detox symptoms just a thought LM

Dear Miss Anna, I`m sorry that things with Mark aren`t going so well at this moment. Recovery can be so hard at times, perhaps Mark is having a setback and will get back on track soon. I`m sure that things will be well in due time. Make sure to take care of yourself dear one

((((((anna))))))) Peace, John – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text – Hello all, The news on Mark is not good news I am sorry to say. He did not started the resoc.-program. He got awfully anxious and began to sleep here again. Tomorrow he will see his P-doc again. Besides his problems with the aftermath of the psychosis, he had two major panic-attacks the last two days and he is very anxious. He now is on risperdal, akineton, valium as needed and 13 ml methadone. He is often zoning out,his short-time memory is bad. He cannot concentrate and now he also is anxious. This morning he also started to question the *things* he saw when he had his psychosis. When it comes to Mark I am beginning to feel a bit lost. Untill today I kept myself with the help of a dear friend and ASAP in a rather good spirit, but today I really had it. My energy is very low. Normally I am a very energitic person. Well enough moaning. All will be well in time huh ? Maybe a nap is in order and tomorrow is a brand new day

Hi Anna, You are not a psychiatrist, dear friend, so when Mark’s problems go beyond the mommy things, it is only natural for you to feel as you do. It is good that he is getting help from experts for those things. It is okay to let go of what is beyond your control. Untill today I kept myself with the help of a dear friend and ASAP in a rather good spirit, but today I really had it. My energy is very low. Normally I am a very energitic person. Sounds like a nap is a good *caring* way to take care of you…and we want you to take care of yourself…because there is only one Miss Anna and she is pretty darn special here at ASAP! If you see her, will you remind her? Take care, Liz

Dear Anna, I am so sorry. I think it must be very difficult to have a family member with psychosis. One of my students has psychosis and it is quite exhausting trying to help him understand his condition. Take care of yourself dearest Anna, love Meryl

disorder and get through it yourself, but when it affects loved ones and friends it adds to the pot. No wonder you’re exhausted Anna! I am so sorry Mark is having such a bad time. I really sympathize with him. I would be scared too and have been. Hopefully he will feel better after talking to his pDoc. You get some rest too. Love, Di xxxxxx
