Hi All, I would like to start my introducing myself. My name is Becky I am 25 and I am currently on a college course which will enable me to embark on my degree in mental health nursing next year. As part of my access course I am required to do a "research project" in which I have chosen panic attacks, panic disorder and the treatments. I to am a long term sufferer of this terrifying sometimes disabling condition and I was wondering if anybody would be willing to inform me of their personal experiences on the subject i.e. treatments & personal opinons.
