I dont know if I told anyone here or not…  If not sorry..  This past thursday I had to go in for day surgery (a tubal ligation)  And was of course quite in a state.  (cant eat or drink anything after midnight, before the surgery)  I told my doctor, that I am prone to panic attacks,  and was concerned because I couldnt take the xanax before I went in.  (I took one

<words snipped to save space I survived it!  :)  and Am actually recovering quite well.  Last night (sat) we went walking down town, and I was able to walk for 8 blocks without much pain at all.

Hi Deb, glad to hear that your tubal went well.  I too have anxiety probs and was very concerned when I went in for my tubal surgery in August.  To make a long story short, it turned out great and was nearly effortless!  I woke up feeling great from the anesthesia and all.  Last time I had anesthesia, i woke up in a panic attack, it was my first ever.  I was very happy to find that i felt pretty darn good.  Glad to hear your’s went well too!                                 Michelle

(this is not my regular doctor, so he really had no knowledge of my panic attacks.. but I think I will make him My Ob/Gyn due to his great bed side manner, and total understanding of my panic disorder.)   I survived it!  :)  and Am actually recovering quite well.  Last night (sat) we went walking down town, and I was able to walk for 8 blocks without much pain at all.   Hugs Deb                            Mzpepper — We kill people 2 show people that killing is wrong…
